Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within two business days.
The shipments will be done from Mon-Sat. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. If we are experiencing high volume of orders, the customers will be notified within 24 hours through the information provided to us at the time of ordering. Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We provide delivery across India and no shipping charges will be included on the purchases above 299**. Customers can expect their products to be delivered within 7 working days*.
*Subject to delays caused by Nature. Any delays will be swiftly notified.
**Shipping charge for orders below 300 will be INR 30 per order irrespective of the weight or units ordered.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customers will be sent confirmation mail after orders and all updates will be notified through the contact information provided by the customer. Further more, logged in users can track their orders under my account.
Damages
CurryChief is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
RETURN: Customers cannot return the product. But they can request for a refund if the product received is damaged by any means or expired at the time of receiving the package.
